Comfortably furnished for 2 (+2) this bungalow offers a relaxing holiday in beautiful countryside to explore by walking, cycling or driving, plus wildlife in abundance.

Peddars Way starts at Knettishall Heath Country Park just a short walk through the woods and over the Little Ouse river. For the serious walker Peddars Way stretches to the North Norfolk coast and connects with the Icknield Way to Buckinghamshire and beyond.

The cottage is non smoking throughout and is attached to the owners property. Surrounded by woodland with beautiful views across rolling pony paddocks from the neighboring livery stables. The cottage offers a wonderful, peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Centrally heated by radiators from the kerosene boiler plus an electric log effect fire in the lounge the cottage is warm and welcoming all year round and due to it's location is ideally suited for various different activities, from riding to walking, cycling and fishing or maybe sight seeing and shopping is all available locally. Cyclists are most welcome and secure undercover cycle parking is available. If you are a keen horse rider the local livery yard might be able to offer your horse stabling so that you can enjoy the many local bridlepaths or you could hire a horse from the local riding stables.

A welcome pack awaits you including tea, coffee, cake or biscuits plus eggs and milk. The cottage is not far from local shops in neighboring villages and larger supermarkets and stores in nearby towns, along with many places to eat from traditional country pubs to fish and chips and takeaway restaurants.

Even though the cottage is surrounded by woodland you should still be able to get some mobile coverage when required.
